What does a credit pack cost?
We offer three one-time credit packs: $9.90 for 30 credits, $23 for 80 credits, and $44 for 170 credits. All purchases are processed by Anyway without recurring charges, allowing you to buy only the credits you need.
How many credits does a video use?
A video uses 10 credits before October 7, 2026 at 00:00 UTC, then 12 credits after that cutoff. Each successful generation uses two photos to create an approximately 10 seconds, 16:9, 720p video saved in your account history for 7 days.
Is the preview free?
Yes, the preview is completely free and requires zero credits. You can view a free static preview and run browser-local whole-image photo checks for clarity and brightness without uploading your photos. These local checks assess whole images rather than individual faces.
What happens if a video generation fails?
If a render cannot be completed, failed generation credits return automatically to your account balance. If you need further assistance with your purchase, cash refunds are considered case by case. You can contact our support team at hello@hotellobby.live anytime.
