Terms of use.
The short version of how HotelLobby works and what we expect from each other.
Using HotelLobby
HotelLobby makes short videos from two photos you provide. The photo check and the still preview work without an account. To generate videos you sign in with Google or with a 6-digit code sent to your email.
Your photos and videos
Upload photos of yourself or of people who have agreed to appear. You keep the rights you already have in your photos. We use them to make the video you ask for, as described on the Privacy page.
Credits and payment
Videos cost credits. Current prices and the credit cost per video are on the Pricing page and are shown before you generate. Packs are one-time purchases. Payments are processed by Anyway.
Failed generations
If a generation fails, its credits return to your balance automatically. Cash refunds are handled case by case, see the Refund policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use HotelLobby to impersonate someone, to harass or mislead people, or with photos of people who have not agreed. We may stop a generation or close an account that breaks these rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
